Exhibitor Information

Exhibitors at the Sixty-sixth Meeting of the SNTS may register on the electronic site; their registration includes access to exposition space in the Reem-Kayden Center. Tables will be provided, on the assumption that the size of exhibitions will be commensurate with the number of exhibitors per vendor registered. (Exhibitors who wish additional tables may negotiate that arrangement as necessary.) As in the case of members of the SNTS, registration includes all meals, including breakfast, and sessions and events of the meeting. Excursions, of course, are to be booked separately. Registration for Exhibitors is $575.

Advertising in the Program

We welcome advertising by exhibitors in the confernece program, which this year is being specially designed.

Full-Page Ad              (5.5" x 8.5")            $300 (for first, $100 for second)
Half-Page Ad             (5.5" x 4.25")          $150
In the case of an exhibitor who sponsors the program (see "g" below), only the printing cost  would be payable.

Scholarship Opportunities

In addition, presses have opportunities to sponsor special events at the conference, should they wish. Sponsorship will carry prominent mention in the printed program of the meeting. Sponsorship is, of course, not required of exhibitors, but we wish you to know of the possibilities. Sponsorships already taken (that is, a, b, d) are indicated in this list:
  • a) TAKEN the customized satchel for the meeting [$ 8,000]
  • b) TAKEN the first reception, at the Richard B. Fisher Center [$ 4,800]
  • c) the first dinner, in the Spiegeltent [$ 10,000]
  • d) TAKEN scholarships for guests from the developing world [$ 1,600]
  • e the second reception, at Blithewood [$ 8,000]
  • f) the banquet, at Blithewood [$ 12,000]
  • g) the program [$ 2,000]

Other Opportunities

Some presses have inquired about making their catalogues available to participants. We are happy to help in that, by arranging for inclusion of materials in the satchel or availability in the registration area. In the first case, the catalogue would have to be of a size that will fit in the bag, and we would charge $400. In the case of display, the charge is half that, $ 200.

Apart from the above opportunities indicated above, we are open to further initiatives.
